"We arrived with our two bedroom apartment booking for four adults and when we arrived I to our room there were only three beds. Terrible customer experience. We tried calling reception bus it remained unanswered. We had to waste 45 minutes being placed into a room that could acccomodate our booking ..."

The Ridge Apartment Hotel
"Checking in.... there was clear parking for where to park on check in. I had to phone them to find out where to park and come in for check in. The room decor was old. Thankfully Everything was clean, but old and dated. All timber chipboard cupboards were chipped and worn and doors didn't close properly. ..."
