"This was probably one of the best if not the best holiday resort we have stayed in. Right from the booking and check in, the team were awesome. We were checked in by Mohamed, i wish i had taken his last name as i soon found out half of the team are Mohamed. He was just amazing. Thank you. We were taking to our room by the niciest man, Ali, the whistling man. Hilarious man too. Thank you Ali. We also had the nicest man in house keeping, Refaey. His towel arranging skills deserve recognition and a prize. Great man indeed. In Front of house, there was Mohamed, Ahmed and Hamdy. Amazing team that looked after us and kept our son entertained. The place is spotless clean with many pools, beach bars and restaurants to choose from. Very well run and mainted place. They really go above and beyond for guests. Thanks to the super awesome South African lady in the animation team who took time to check on us and Michele from guests relations. You guys rock. There were plenty of options for food and the menu changed so you didnt get bored. We were there for 10 days and loved it so much we will return. They have a clinic on site as well, which is super handy when you have kids. All in all an amazing experience and amazing resort. "

"We recently had our family vacation at Rico’s hurghada Staff was amazing ,sayed who cleaned our room on daily basis and Ayman Mansour who served at the salt restaurant were amazing Phebe ,Ahmed and Sylvia reception staff also helped us and were amazing Rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned every day Can’t say enough to thank staff and management at Rixos Hurgadah Will definitely go back again Hany Mansour Travelled with my family "

"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks"

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. The beach is at walking distance, it is clean and has a boardwalk to take you to the snorkeling area. The resort has an app that you can use to book dinner, check the daily program and order room service or report a room fault. We loved the food, the buffet has a wide choice of warm and cold options, and the a la Carte restaurants are also very good quality. "
