Large place with central location but on a busy road with no sidewalks. Beds were comfortable and clean with plenty of linens. Communication with host was very prompt. Property could use some easy inexpensive updates, like better window coverings.

Fun stay!

We had a nice time in Huntsville, and enjoyed staying at Blue Haven. The rooms are done nicely and the pool table is a nice touch. Would stay here again!

Large and spacious gem

The home is larger than I expected. Plenty of space for a large group. The amenities were great. Coffee/ creamer was made available. I would definitely stay here again. It is also close to the interstate and close to a shopping area with plenty of places to eat.

They have a lock on the door with a key code and my mother accidentally turned the handle lock and we called the landlord to get in and he answered the phone telling us he was going to contact us back never did and wouldn't answer our call he then had his wife answer and she was extremely disrespectful and threatening to hang up on us and make us wait for a locksmith they then pulled up husband jumping out the car yelling and talking very disrespectful to my cousin who mind you Is a very professional doctor. He threatens to not until lock the door but does after I apologize that we "got him out of bed" this is what his wife kept screaming.. we didn't want to be kicked out or be disrespectful back.. For a grown man to address women they way he did was very outline and im sure this is his character with his wife as well.. I would not rent from these people unless you want to be threatened and disrespected 😒 I was taught never to teach people ungodly so I just called the company and warning others

Owner/Manager was completely unresponsive. Left our group stranded as they never sent a code to access the property. Multiple messages went unanswered. Took nearly 2 hours communicating with VRBO to get reservation cancelled and refunded so we could make last minute, alternate arrangements.

Overall the house was great. It looked just like the pictures, which isn't always the case. The stairs leading to the front door are not stable and there's a nail sticking up on the first step that could cause serious injuries. This may already be known and set to be fix as we did notice wood planks on the side of the house. Otherwise, great location, it's no more than 15 minutes away from anything and that was amazing.
