「We have stayed at this motel several times. Whenever we are in Montrose, CO, this motel is where we stay. The grounds are always clean. The rooms and facilities are always clean. The motel is located near the downtown part of town, and close to medical facilities, which I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is always good and provides a wide selection of breakfast items. Everything is good at this location.」

「The hotel was redone and looked cute but unfortunately was not very usable. My main concern was the fact that I found around 20 house spiders living all around the room. While that wouldn’t be an issue for some, I have arachnophobia so it was definitely a big problem for me. Then, the shower curtain rod was too short and collapsed when we opened the curtain, which then cut my husband.
