Hotel is rundown, hallway carpets are pretty dirty, room seemed cleaner. A/C was strong, which you need in Delta. No spoons at breakfast, so yogurt and cereal were hard to eat.

Traveled here with my children. The rooms looked like they were being updated. The ac was not on when we got in the room, but it cooled off quickly. They were clean. Beds were clean. I asked for a couple of extra towels for my daughter’s hair and that was a no go for them. 4 per room. Breakfast was as oddly delicious. The common area is small, but it was fine. I’d stay here rather than other hotels in delta.

The room had a bad smell, and there was a glitch when I made the booking and it booked the wrong dates, and they refused a refund. I won’t come back.

Our room was very clean, but dated, regular maintenance towel holder pulling off the wall, no door or wall hook to put your towel on. Our door looked to have had forced entry, door casing dented by the latch, for was noisy to open. The ac was awesome! Plenty of parking however, very poor lighting around the building. The security door at the rear was permanently ajar. Severe damage, it doesn't latch or lock. The main reason I chose Quality branch, breakfast, hot tub and a swimming pool, the app shows it there, it is NOT. Block or so down the road has an agreement with this entity, don't have a name but wasn't given it. THE POOL AND HOTTUB IS NOT IN THE HOTEL, If you read this far, THE STAFF IS GREAT!!

Room was clean, fridge, coffee maker, and a nice breakfast spread in the morning. Staff (Damon and Brittany) was also friendly and helpful which added up to a nice experience.

The room was nice, one of the staff was incredibly rude though over the phone. The man I spoke to on the property sounded like he was Indian and got crazy over the phone w/ me all because I had asked ab a cancellation. He couldn’t explain to me why in an emergency they couldn’t cancel and refund & said it was my problem. I stayed calm w/ him and eventually worked it out w/ me saying he wouldn’t write the check in as a no show and while we lost a nights stay We would be able to check in anytime. However I booked that stay for my spouse. She said everything was ok when she checked in and didn’t have any problems.
