"The check-in process was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. The room was quite small, and the television was very small as well, which made it a bit uncomfortable for resting. On the positive side, the room was very clean, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom did not have toilet paper upon arrival. When I requested it, I was told that I had to go downstairs to get it myself. I believe toilet paper is a basic and essential item that should always be provided in the room, and having to go downstairs to get it was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit, but this issue affected my overall experience and should definitely be improved."

"Staff were very courteous on arrival and were upgraded to a superior room . Location was excellent for our needs. Marc was excellent and friendly and named a few restaurants for us to try. Would definitely stay here if we were in Barcelona again. Highly recommend. "
