Newly renovated spacious studio! Great location!
Enjoy a very comfortable stay in this clean, newly renovated large studio unit with a king size bed. Just steps from beach, Honolulu Zoo, and Kapi’olani Park, this location is hard to top. Modern kitchen with cook top, allows plenty of space for meal preparation. This upgraded unit has lanai with partial view of Kapi’olani Park, and a parking space in this secure, small, and quiet building.
Unit has Smart TV and free WiFi.

This unit is one of the larger studios in the building with 348 sq ft and a 40 sqft Lanai.
Modern cabinets and modern aesthetics, both the kitchen and bathrooms were redone to a modern aesthetic. This makes this an idea getaway from in Waikiki. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Very well equipped for some of your cooking needs.

There is coin/app operated laundry located on the Lobby level.
Parking is free for residents of the building but it is unassigned and a first come first serve basis. Parking usually fills up in the evening and empties out by the morning. Free parking is available on Monsarrat and around Kapiolani Park. There is also paid ones at the zoo and various lots in Waikiki.
Parking does not include moped parking as those are reserved for permanent residents of the building. However there is a daily moped rental shop on the same block as the building.
This condo is located about a 1 minute walk to the beach.
Parking is based on availability in the unit and it is first come first serve. It is only for the top level of parking as the downstairs parking is all assigned stalls.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on the first floor/lobby level. It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.

LOCATION • Waikiki Beach - 2 minute walk. • Honolulu Zoo - across the street. • Kapiolani Park & the Shell Theater - 4 min walk. • Central Waikiki - 6 minutes to all the shops and restaurants.
Other things to note • Beach gear rentals on the beach • There`s a bike rental place and a moped rental place just at the end of the street. • We have an ABC store (local convenience store), a Starbucks and a Domino`s pizza place all with a 2-3 min walk.
There are bus stops located on Kapahulu Ave, less than a block away, as well as Biki stations (bikeshare). Very easy to commute. If you have a car, use the keyfob to open the upper parking area (lower is assigned and for long term residents). Parking is free and no registration is required but It is `first-come-first-serve` If you`re unable to find parking at night, you can pay for parking at the zoo or there is street parking on Monsarrat or Kalakaua Avenue by Kapiolani park, which is east of the condo.
Best way to get access to the freeway and is via Kapahulu Avenue. Take Ala Wai Blvd to get to Ala Moana Shopping center quickly.
One thing to note is that since this building does not allow lockboxes on the property, check in will be done in person. We will coordinate a time to meet, preferably between the hours of 2pm and 7pm. early check in and times outside of that can be accommodated as well. However please contact us first.
***Kindly note that all late check-ins (after 10pm) will incur a $50 check-in fee. Wash the dishes before you leave and absolutely no smoking. A $200 cleaning will be assessed for in unit smokers. This includes the balcony. Please smoke downstairs.
If using Maui Babe browning lotion, or any other tanning lotion, please make sure to rinse yourself off very well before toweling off. These lotions WILL stain the white bath towels.
Please remember to empty out the AC drip pan once or every other day. Dripping water can cause damage to the building. Failure to do so can result in fines from HOA.
