"The staff are phenomenal! The front desk were very accommodating to our needs. The only problem I had which could even be a nitpick would be that the room was too dry. We all woke up with dry throat and dry eyes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Also no bidet."

They were Sam, Wilbert and Billy who were professional, friendly, willingness to help when we were having difficulties to get to High Speed Station from the hotel and finally able to catch a taxi to the airport.
