Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. "Stayed in this hotel twice within 2 years, staff are always polite and rooms are cleaned well. Location is excellent with two different MTR stations within 5 minutes walk. Only thing can be better is that after 11pm the adjoining hotel back entrance with the Moko shopping centre closes therefore you cannot walk directly through the Moko. Instead you need to walk partially through the shopping centre and around the side of the building to the main entrance, which takes a few minutes longer especially after a tired day out. "
