The room was clean and tidy. The room had a very good view. The room had only half a roll of toilet tissue when I got there, as it was very late, I couldn't find any house - keeper to give me extra toilet roll. The air-condiwas very noisy.

The services are very prompt, if you need something, give front desk a call, and they respond very quickly The transportation from the hotel is very easy, there are 2 mini buses that takes to Tsing Yi, or Kwai Fong station, both about 10 minutes, be aware of a longer line during morning commute hours because the residents in the apartments next to the hotel take the same bus The underground mall has the basic to get a quick meal or basic essentials, no need to go far The laundry service is quite good, it goes by weight, not by item, and is not so different if they take it yourself to a wash and fold service, so we used it regularly

I loved the pool available at the hotel it was gorgeous and also so convenient to have hotel close to so many restaurants that delivers through food panda. A great family hotel and great having hotel staff available 24 hrs to help! Would definitely visit again.

Good location as it’s closer to the airport and Disneyland. The train station is easy to get to by taking the bus 88F. For the price I paid to stay, I think it’s fair to say it’s a decent and fair priced hotel. Shouldn’t expect too much from it

The property is little older, but the room is clean and spacious, all the staff has a nice smile and professional, let me feel like a home. It's nothing to complain, but it has too many travelers transfer, they are staying one night, so when so many traveler check in at the night time, and check out next early morning, it will have lot of noisy making outside you can hear. Anyway, thank you for their serving, and for sure come back again next time in Hong Kong.

It is worth it.

The size of the room is very decent for a solo traveller and the price is very acceptable during the year end travelling. The transport is very convenient and you can travel to the urban areas easily.
