"It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. Special shoutout to Nishant who gave me recs on where to go in Hong Kong but also a very nice and friendly person! Please stop by and say hi to him if you do stay at Eaton HK! I will definitely stay here again!"

"The location was perfect, on the waterfront and very close to the train station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a beautiful view of Victoria Harbour. Our room was spacious and clean and everything we needed was provided. The staff were all lovely."

"The room is great. I don’t mind older rooms as long as they’re clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the air‑con vent cover and bathroom fan cover were very clean — many hotels overlook those areas. The only downside was the bathroom sink. There is visible mould along the top seal, noticeable in the mirror reflection, which made us uncomfortable using it. The toilet is also quite old and the flushing is not very strong."
