「Communication with property manager was great. The listing says there is a washer and dryer but its not. The property is in a great location the only problem is there is a roach infestation. We killed soo many roaches while there and there were even baby roaches.」

「We had a great time on this vacation! The communication with Christine and Walter was excellent, close to the airport (but never heard any planes), heated pool was a treat, bed was comfortable. The on site Big Bamboo Bayside served up delicious food and beverages! Beautiful sunset views from poolside or the beach side. We’d definitely come back again!」

「We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat!」

「This property looked as described, clean and had a nice layout! Great views of the harbor. Our first time in the St Pete's area. The location of this property provided easy access to beach and Plenty of towels, and having the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, fishing rod, cooler bag). not for us but a baby chair there as well. The house was exactly as advertised on the inside (beautiful, spacious, and filled with activities/games) but the backyard and dock really made the house extraordinary.
