「The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the beach. It is very comfortable. We loved the screened porch. The place could be better equipped, especially for longer term guests, ie towels and linens, baking pans, larger serving bowl, pizza cutter etc. it was nice to have the Keurig for single cups. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. 」

「Was as pictured though I didn't realize there was a full bedroom and pull out couch in the living room. Ideal for our stay. Lots of traffic sounds as the condo is on the bridge end but we didn't mind. We were there for family events in the area and I would definitely book again!」

「Would not stay again. Overpriced and over stressed “directions for check in and check out process”. The reservation for the condo slept 8 individuals, with only 4 water park passes included. We knew we had to purchase extra passes. We had a party of 7 which meant we had to purchase 3 more water park passes. Which was $67 PER day. Outrageous. Not allowed to bring coolers to the pool, or any pool toys for the kids. The listing was very clear that the minimum amount of supplies would be provided ...

「Great Location, great communication with VRBO representatives and great front desk personnel. Very clean.. like I said more hotel size than a Condo. Wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the room. Wouldn’t be big enough. Had a nice patio and quiet view. Loved having a restaurant and bar on site..with live music Friday-Sunday and you could hear it while laying at heated pool while looking at the water. Loved it! Probably would love to back next year. 」

「The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. 」
