Incredible is an understatement!

Our recent vacation at this home was nothing short of spectacular. The house was perfect in every way. Nestled right on the beach, the location couldn't have been better. We were captivated by the incredible views of both sunsets and sunrises, which we enjoyed from the back decks. The covered pool and hot tub were a delightful bonus, providing a serene setting to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The house itself was spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. The water pressure was the best we've ever experienced in a rental, making showers a pleasure. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, whether we were cooking a meal or grilling. The only minor challenge was the driveway, which could be a bit tricky to navigate with a large SUV, but it was manageable. Our vacation was perfect, especially for our three little kids who made unforgettable memories. We will absolutely stay at here again. It was worth every penny for its prime location and breathtaking views. Highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed home right on the beach with amazing sunsets. Only advice would be to upgrade mattresses and pillows with pillow protectors. We certainly would come back to this home

Family vacation

We absolutely love this house the location is amazing. Being on the beach is very nice for the family especially with small children. Having the pool to get in when coming off the beach is so refreshing. No complaints at all! The only thing we needed a few more towels and the dryer needs to be serviced. Thank you for having us. Hopefully we can return for another stay.

Big Problems WIth Property Management Availability

Beautiful house. Great location. The property management really failed in our case. While the central VACASA numbers eventually would respond, they could never be effective. They would punt things to the local team without a local team ever responding even for relatively urgent issues - for days! Also, some issues with cleanliness. House was clean. Many dishes were not. The outdoor was not cleaned. The pool was clearly dirty with plastic bag and empty water bottled and a dirty towel. The pool service came on one day before our last day - unannounced. Just walked in and started cleaning the pool with us in it without even a word! It was very strange and not what you expect when you pay this much for the home. Also, the air conditioning was not working properly. We were not notified. ON the 3rd day a AC service came and was there for 7 hours without prewiring even though the service people indicated that it was supposed to have been repaired the week beforehand. We stayed close by as they needed access to the house twice for the repair. Worst part, wrong key codes to get in house - only got in because of arriving when cleaning service leaving on first day. VACASA never responded effectively by any method until the 3rd day. Then when we got locked out the 5th day (key code stopped working), no response. We had to scale the house and get in through the 2nd floor deck. No response from VACASA until today - 1 day after checkout that they will "take care of it."

Family Vacay

Great house at a great location on the beach! We enjoyed long days on the sand and in the surf. Could even walk to pub at Lifeguard Stand on the beach for afternoon refreshments. We will definitely look to book here again. Miss AMI already!

Beautiful Beach House and View!

Loved this house! Best beach house we've ever rented. The view is gorgeous. We used the pool and hot tub every day. Vacasa team was very responsive with questions and requests. I highly recommend this home!

Great view!

We had a great stay. The view is really good. If you have a large vehicle be aware that its on a little side street( Ave F) and it is difficult to park a large vehicle. Two is the max you can park. The patios get a ton of pine needles from the neighbors trees. So take an electric blower with you.( i bought one) They did have a guy come by twice to blow. But they get so much it needs blowing every day. The little bitty pine cones hurt if your barefoot. BUT the trees do give some relief from the sun. Its not that big of deal, and they are on the neighbors yard so there is not a lot the owners can do probably. The house is decorated nice. We had a fire alarm beeping ( low battery) the whole time. It was in the garage that the owners kept locked. We called the mgt company twice to fix it but the guy said he could not unlock that side of garage. Over all the place is as advertised. I would stay there again.

Awesome House

Great house in a good location. Pictures on VRBO are accurate. Lots of toys and chairs in garage from previous renters. Beach was not crowded. Kids loved the swimming pool. Only complaint was the pool had way too much chlorine in it. You need to thoroughly rinse off after being in the pool. Our swimsuits still smell like chlorine. We would rent this house again.

Wine Down

Great location ! Nice ( small ) pool and hot tub with great view of the beach. House is really nice , all rooms have their own bathroom . When we arrived at 4:00, the house had not been cleaned . I called the local manager and the housecleaning staff was there within 20 minutes, which then delayed access for unpacking for an hour or so. Kitchen is minimally stocked with cooking utensils/cookware . Needed more towels, but were given extra when asked . WiFi and cable TV did not operate for more than half of our stay despite contacting management the first night . Unfortunately, even at the beach everyone needed some access to the Internet and TV ( US Open was on ! ) Parking was an issue as we had 3 vehicles . All that being said , would definitely recommend staying there , can’t beat the location.

Location was outstanding! Just as advertised. The bedrooms were big and all with their own bathrooms which worked out great for our group. There were just little things that weren't there like coffee filters, aluminum foil and stuff like that that VRBO's usually have. Not a big deal, the store is extremely close. Will definitely be going there again!

As shown

The nice house is accurately shown in the pictures, so I won’t spend words on what you can see. The beach is great and nightly sunsets were a local attraction. There are various styles/quality of beach chairs (8), one umbrella, and four boogie boards. There is plenty of outdoor seating - six with cushions on the patio (many others without cushions) and 4 bar chairs with cushions on the main deck. It is great to have the underneath seating by the pool to escape the sun or rain, and the privacy shields are a nice touch. Bring a few extra garbage bags, some Mr Coffee filters, condiments, and soap/shampoo (some provided but minimal). Hot tub worked well. Outdoor fire pit didn’t have an attached propane tank, but we wouldn’t have used it anyway. Overall a great beach house and easy stay.

Family fun on Holmes Beach

The location was great, beach just steps from the back patio. Close to supermarket, could walk to ice cream store after dinner. Beach was not crowded, kids loved playing in soft sand and clear water. When we needed a break from the sun, the pool was the perfect option. The pool is located under the upper deck, so it was in the shade. There are huge pine trees on both side of the house, so plenty of privacy from the neighbors. The pine trees did drop long needles and tiny pine cones constantly. We had to sweep top decks daily, use the blower on patio and skim them out of the pool. An outdoor trash can to put all the debris in would be helpful. The house was nice and clean. All four bedrooms have their own attached bathroom. Views from upper deck are lovely.

Great property as advertised.

We had some items that needed repair when we arrived. Minor stuff but they needed attention. We called Vacasa on day 2 about the issues, stayed 21 days and were never able to talk to anyone at Vacasa about the issues and never received a return call.

We had a fabulous trip! Beach access and amenities were terrific! It was especially nice to have a hot tub and pool! There were restaurants, grocery store, and other conveniences such as a printing shop close by. I loved how beachy the place was decorated! Great get away!!

Overall I would say this is a great property and location.

Location on beach was great and the property was excellent with the online pictures being an accurate depiction. Only negatives were the fire pit did not work and automatic garage doors had to be lifted manually.

Great View and Location!

We have stayed in four different homes in this area in the past 5 weeks and this one had the best location. It has a great view, is right on the beach and is out of the traffic. The living room is pretty small but we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall Great Experience

The house is great and suited our needs perfectly. Every bedroom has full large ensuite bathrooms which for a large family is perfect. The house is well appointed with quality furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, beach chairs & umbrella. Beach access is amazing with a private patio to retreat to. We used the bbq on the main floor balcony where we enjoyed our dinner then watched beautiful sunsets every night. Swimming in the ocean followed up with a swim in the pool kept us refreshed and relaxed throughout our stay. The odd minor issue which arose with the house was promptly addressed by the maintenance team of Vacasa who manages the property locally. It’s priced on the high side, but if you want a quality experience on the beach this is the house, to watch Paragon Falcons in the trees outside the bedroom and see dolphins frolic within feet of our beach front. Surf fishing to sunbathing. I can’t imagine a better family holiday.

This property was wonderful. 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms made getting ready for dinner and getting clean from the beach easy. The parking is very snug, but it is not a deal breaker. The location is great, close to a Publix. I do have 2 suggestions: the trash and and the dishwasher run into each other so that you can't use both at the same time. Might think about changing that. Also, it would be amazing to have a pool side half bath, so you don't have to get upstairs to use the restroom. But otherwise fantastic visit.
