"This property is exceptional in many ways, the decor in the rooms, front desk, breakfast area were all very nice and comfortable! In our stay, we had contact with the 2 night desk staff and 6 daytime staff all were very friendly and all were very willing to help with anything we might need. They also were singing the praises of their employer!! The business has a very calming environment, beds were great, towels nice and soft compared to most hotels. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable, good night sleep and a great breakfast with lots of special touches!!"

"The property was beautiful! The kitchen was huge and accommodated all of us comfortably. The rooms were very clean and shampoo and conditioner was provided. I’d suggest putting fitted sheets on ALL the beds. Only a few had top sheets only! That was a nuance. Only 1 hot top actually worked which was a bummer and there was 1 gaming console that wasn’t working at all. Also no darts to play. We ended up buying bags for the corn hole game (the ones at the house were torn)and a lighter for the fire pit because the starter was not working. The lazy river in the house was a bonus since the community pool was cold! We called for a propane refill and we received replacements the next day. We’d definitely rent this property again!"

"I stayed in the Whitewater Cabin and I would not recommend. It is located a few feet off the main road and road noise is LOUD. I did not get one good night of sleep because of this. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a vent and the window was sealed shut, so the shower steam had nowhere to escape. This will cause mold over time, but I didn't notice any during my stay. I did not find the bed to be very comfortable. The sheets were not big enough to fit the bed so they ended up bunching up a lot. And the towels were more like a thin blanket, which I personally wasn't a fan of since you have to pat yourself dry rather than trying to dry off like a normal towel. I won't be staying here again."

"The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia."
