Leatherwood Loft upper unit is a modern, lavishly decorated apartment that is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Eureka Springs. This vibrant loft is conveniently located on Main Street but in a more secluded area with comfort and style in mind. Adorned with unique and eccentric touches, this loft is sure to provide a memorable stay in beautiful Eureka Springs.

As you step into the loft you are immediately greeted with vibrant décor and quirky details. The open space floorplan provides a spacious yet cozy stay. The living room has an oversized couch and a Smart TV so you can login to your own streaming services. A dining table is provided so you can comfortably enjoy a meal. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils. We also provide coffee essentials and complimentary snacks. There is a private toilet room beside the walk-in, gorgeous glass shower. The bedroom is modernly decorated with a luxurious king sized bed.
This Loft sleeps up to 3 guests thanks to the large, incredibly comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Your little one or extra guest will appreciate this sofa much more than a typical pullout mattress.

Cute and Comfy

The check in and out was so smooth being able to unload right at the door and getting to park behind the building was perfect. The place was small and cozy perfect for a little girls trip for the two of us. It is at the bottom of the basin so be prepared to travel upwards, but my thighs loved the workout and you’re a short walk from most everything! Great place would absolutely book again!

Property was perfect for what we were after. It is located right off a Main Street so you hear a lot of traffic. Overall, great experience and location to shops with reserved parking was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property or other properties listed by these host.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eclectic Upper Loft in Eureka Springs. From the great communication with the hosts before our stay to the clean, well-kept loft right in the heart of the historic district, this is the perfect option for anyone looking to be in the middle of it all. The loft was quiet and allowed for a very restful getaway, yet shopping and dining are only steps away. The shower (and water pressure) is easily the best we have experienced in our many stays in Eureka Springs, and having a private parking spot is a huge plus. The Eclectic Upper Loft is a wonderful option for couples looking for that perfect spot to get away, yet still be right in the middle of it all.

Perfect Little Getaway Spot

Brought my daughter & her BFF for Spring Break. They immediately claimed the huge, comfy couch. I was cozy and relaxed in the king size bed. Everything was updated, clean, and the location was perfect. I will definitely book again. 10/10 recommend.

A gem on Main street

Loved the location, convenient parking, beautiful decor and super comfy oversized couch. Leatherwood Upper Loft fulfilled our desire of staying in the downtown area with walking access to the historic district. Expect traffic noise since the loft is right on the street, but we got used to it. All in all, a very positive experience in Eureka Springs lodging.

We loved it, you unload at your front door. You have a designated parking spot right around the corner. Toilet, shower and sink and bedroom all have pocket doors for privacy. Peaceful king bedroom with seperate ac and heat plus overhead fan with remotes. Living area had huge tv and couch, dining table, microwave and cute fridge. New awesome shades throughout and front also has floor to ceiling blockout curtains. The unit is just perfect.
