「Brought the family for a 4 day get away somewhere different and we are glad we went to Hot Springs Village. The resort was perfect and exactly what we where hoping for. The lake and beach was very clean and the water was clear. The room was nice and clean and the staff was cery professional. Unfortunately they did have an issue with the pool so it was closed but we spent time at the beach when the kids wanted to swim. We will definitely be going back.」

「Our stay at this rustic cabin hotel was very positive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we felt safe and secure. A minor area for improvement was the property's general cleanup, especially the pool area. For three days, pine needles accumulated on the deck, and the pool could have used cleaning.
