The Downtown Villa 2 at Sweet Springs was perfect. It was my favorite of all the places I have stayed in Eureka Springs. The place was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the location was superb. Coffee and beer just across the street. Walking distance to great food, shopping & fun. Aspen was super responsive & a great host. We will be back.

This property works perfect for us. You can park right by the front door; the property is located across the street from an excellent lunch place and Brews (coffee and beer). The Melonlight theater is also across the street and the location is right in town. The place is comfortable and pleasant looking. Everything works.

Amazing VRBO in Downtown Eureka Springs!

Beautiful accommodations in an easily accessible location close to everything downtown. Loved being able to park right out front and not having to drive anywhere. Will stay here every time we come back to this area!!

Perfect space for a Best Friends retreat

We needed a few days to unwind and reconnect and this villa at Sweet Spring did not disappoint! Being so close to boutiques and eateries was delightful! We parked the car in front of the villa and it was there the entire time because we walked! We plan to return to enjoy the fall foliage!

Wonderful property and great location! Easy to walk to downtown but just far enough away to miss the chaos. Lived having a reserved parking spot...they are in high demand! Will def look up this property for the next visit to Eureka Springs
