Boasting impeccable furnishings and luxurious amenities, this downtown Spring Street destination provides a unique experience unlike any other.     Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

    You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

    We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

    We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

    We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

    For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.
    Please ensure the stove fan is on while cooking.

We love this unit: great location for walking downtown, love the hot tubs and fire pits, and enjoy sitting on the porch. The unit is cozy but has ample space to relax inside, too. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. The property manager was very quick in responding to questions or needs. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs!

Very clean and modern with good parking. Location was great and the garden area with hot tub was a nice addition. Our only critique is that it is very small. They’ve used the space as best they can, but if it’s too cold to hang out outside, just know there is only a couch and a bed to sit on.

Great getaway!

Last minute getaway for 2 tired parents! Easy booking, check in, etc. very very clean! Comfy bed, plenty of towels and 2 nice robes. We enjoyed the very clean hot tub. Didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to rain but they have a great set up. List of recommendations was nice and we tried several places that were great!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I frequent Eureka Springs and always stay in the outer loop and this time we decided to change things up and stay downtown. I’m so glad we stayed downtown because we had a great time. But I’m also glad we chose this place because it’s so beautiful inside and out. They did an amazing job of restoring its natural beauty while also giving it a modern and luxurious feel. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Outstanding location & communication from and with the owner....we'll be back!

Aspen was so kind, friendly, and readily available for all our questions. We were able to check in a bit early which was so nice for parking. I can't say enough about this property. Being able to walk to the shops was the best. We have stayed at many rentals in Eureka Springs over the years. This was the easiest to book and enjoy and was so nice all around. It is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you!!

Nice property and good location. It was a little misleading as we were under the impression that we would have a private hot tub and outdoor space. There were two of these for 6 suites. The shower seemed incomplete as there were no shelves or racks and we had to lay our soap and shampoo on the shower floor.

Too many people in the same building

Liked everything about the place except the amount of people in the building. To many different groups stayed in the different suites and it was very loud. So loud that we had to leave 2 days earlier than we payed for because we literally couldn’t sleep cause of the noise. Lot of money wasted. The suite was spotless and everything else was great before the weekend got there with more people.

This property is in an excellent location in regards to historic Eureka Springs; we were able to walk to all of the cute shops and restaurants. The unit itself is cozy, clean, there were plenty of towels, robes added a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub area was lovely and despite it being a shared area, as far as I'm aware, we're the only ones who used it during our 3 nights.My only three complaints did not effect the rating at all: 1. There's nowhere to store your clothes. There are no closets, hanging rods (outside of the bathroom), or dressers to keep your clothes. 2. The entrance to our unit was a little confusing to find because some units you enter directly from outside while others you enter from an alcove inside the building. 3. I completely missed the instructions before checkout because they were sent through a message in Vrbo the morning of checkout and aren't in the welcome book or anywhere in the unit. Luckily, a lot of it was common guest courtesy so I didn't miss much, just make sure to check your email or app the morning of checkout.

Great place a perfect distance from downtown. You can walk to all the shops but be far enough away from busy downtown area for a peaceful getaway. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Parking was available on site so we never had to pay for parking anywhere. Host kept great contact and was very responsive
