"We are so glad to stay at this hotel as we did not want to be in the old town - too crowded and touristy. Son Hoi A was as beautiful as the photos and all the staff were so kind and helpful. I was traveling with my elderly mother who needed a lot of care and attention, and they were very patient and aware of her needs. I myself also needed medical attention, and the staff were very good at escorting me to medical Center and translating and helping me understand what my options were. "This property is beautiful very clean and well looked after. The downfall is the location is a bit of a walk to Hoi old square and the hotel does offer a shuttle but it’s not frequently enough to either the old square or the beach. Would highly recommend they had some additional daily services."
