"An excellent place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family and will answer all questions and request. The breakfast was included and was outstanding. The room was spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed."

"This was our third stay at this hotel and we noticed some changes that were not so positive. For example, there was very loud music played around the pool area daily (even though there was only 4 persons around the pool), along with a happy hour promotion that advertised “free flow drinking”…that gave an impression to be in a bar or at a tacky all-inclusive resort, which prevent any relaxation on the balcony to enjoy the view. They did turn the music down after we complained to the manager, but we were told that this is the type of marketing that the hotel is aiming for now. Also, the bicycles provided were in very poor condition, same as two years ago, very rusty and malfunctioning brakes. You would expect more from such a nice hotel. Besides that, the room was very comfortable and clean, very responsive staff and nice breakfast buffet."
