Great hotel

Would stay here again! Helpful friendly staff who were easy to communicate with. Short taxi ride or walking distance to main shopping area in Hoi An. Rooms were beautiful and pool was heavenly!!

Budget hotel for adventurer

Though, the hotel location doesn't close to walking street but I would recommend for staying away from noisiness and its atmosphere, you are also can ride to anywhere you want hence there many free bicycles serving at the entrance. The room condition doesn't quite good but acceptable comparing to the price.

Ms Cuc, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. She made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is also well equipped, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Cannot fault our stay here. The staff are absolutely brilliant - so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is a little bit out of the town centre, but you can easily borrow the bikes and ride down or taxis are readily available and super cheap. The facilities were brilliant. Really enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Overall, I would have to say it was our favourite place we stayed at in all of Vietnam.

A good stay overall. The staff was friendly and room was nice. The location is a little far but they lend you bikes for free. They also have lots of local food stalls and restaurants nearby :

Quiet place away from the tourist crowd

This is a small quiet hotel that overlooks the river. It is across the bridge and about a 10 minute taxi ride to the old town. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful to taking care of everything you need. I can't say enough of how helpful they try to be.

This is a great boutique hotel

This terrific boutique hotel is a little ways from the old quarter but walkimg there is not out of the question The staff is amazing. Alice, Kate and Thomh go out of their way to meet your every need. From delicious breakfasts made to order to bikes to ride for free they work to make your stay very enjoyable. I would stay here again if Im back in Hoi An

No need to look any further

This is great place to stay if you want comfort, service and friendly faces. From the welcoming fruit drink when we arrived to the one while we were waiting for our transfer when leaving. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was fantastic from making sure we had what we needed to giving directions which included booking a tour and train tickets with a transfer to DaNang train station. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Lovely pool and area by the river to sit and relax. about 30 minute walk to the old town. Bicycles are available to tour the area which came in handy to bike to the beaches.

Hotel was beautiful. We chose a river view room with balcony which was nice. Rooms are nice size and bed was massive! Good size shower too although hot water seemed to run out very quickly so sometimes one of us would have to have cold shower. Hotel is situated about a 10 minute cycle ride from town centre which was fine for us. We used the bikes from the hotel to get us there although most of them were a bit battered with dodgy brakes. Breakfast was ok but had better on our trip.

Kan kun anbefales. Vi havde booket 2 dage men endte med fire. Super service, dejlig pool og have til afslapning. Maden og morgenmaden er rigtig god og man bestiller bare hvad man har lyst til. Lille cykeltur (8min) til dejlig strand og centrum Bedste overnatning i Vietnam

Home away from home

I return to Riverside each time I visit Hoi An and highly recommend. It's not an impersonal 5 star resort property which appeals to me. The staff are wonderful and communicate well in English, nothing is too much trouble, very helpful and informative. Room spotless, beds very comfortable with nice linen, complementary toiletries, in room safe, serviced daily. Pool towels available, pool well maintained and clean. Great complementary breakfast menu, fresh milk on request, they can also organise an evening meal to be delivered. Complementary bikes in good condition to ride around Hoi An. Well maintained property and gardens.

Lovely low key hotel

We loved our stay at Riverside. The hotel is very homely - it doesn't take long to settle in. The staff were always helpful and so nice. We especially enjoyed the size of the rooms, the free push bikes we could use and the home cooked breakfast each morning - so much nicer than the traditional breakfast buffet. We can't wait to go back to Riverside Oasis in the future.

まずお値段が安くて、とても満足出来ました。プールもあり、美味しい朝食もついている。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。 ただ、部屋にお茶があったのだが、急須には前の人のお茶っ葉が残っていた・・・。事実として記しましたが、全体的には大変満足です。

Hôtel situé dans un beau cadre ( river view )

Petit hôtel familial situé près de la rivière. Privilégier les chambres avec vue sur la rivière. L'accueil est sympathique mais sans plus. Le confort est correct mais la propreté des chambres pourrait être améliorée. Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi correct. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Le seul bémol, dont l'hôtel n'est pas responsable, ce sont les travaux de réfection du pont qui causent des nuisances sonores le jour, alors que les nuits sont très calmes. Hôtel assez éloigné de la ville historique mais le taxi est très bon marché.
