Lovely stay at the Present Hotel! It is very conveniently located so you can easily explore Hoi An. Place was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. 24 hour front desk. I slept well and enjoyed my stay.

Lovely location and really comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was wonderful - it’s on a little island where the side of the street food stalls were. It has a lovely bustle but was also quiet enough. We had a little balcony which overlooked parts of the town and river. The facilities were great and during our stay nobody else used the pool. (There were some building works being done next door but nothing too major to ruin our mood.) They also gave some recommendations for sightseeing and tailoring. We really enjoyed our stay there for two nights.

The Present River in Hoi An is a great hotel in the heart of the ancient town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but away from the noise. Present River Villa has cold A/C in the rooms, a pool and free bikes to use to check out Hoi An. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak some English. The rate of the hotel is excellent! It's a very good value. The only negative is the restaurant next door was undergoing some renovations, so dust was blowing into the pool and we did not use it during our 3 day stay. This by no means was the fault of the hotel. We would not hesitate staying here again!
