「First off, let me just say that this listing exceeded our expectations! When you first enter the unit, the cleanliness, the furnishings, and the layout are perfection! But the VIEWS are just breathtaking! We almost didn’t want to leave and enjoy the city because the views from this unit are amazing!In addition, the communication with the renter was great! He made sure our stay was top notch! I will definitely book again!」

「The owner never sent me the check in info and I was stuck in downtown Manhattan with no place to stay. I had to get a hotel room which cost me another 650 !! The owner has yet to even contact me an apologize. I even tried to call the number listed under his contact info and the phone number was disconnected!! Stay away !! Complete nightmare !! 」

The confirmation email we received had the address as 621 Hudson street and pick up of the key on Jane street. Then we received a comm with a different apartment address which was on Jane street. 「Extremely spacious and comfortable unit, with three large bedrooms and plenty of space. Quirky design (step up showers) and helpful hosts. Heating in master bedroom was an issue, but space heaters were provided. Would stay here again.」
