"I absolutely loved the location. It is a great New York feel staying here. Finding a place with 6 beds at this price felt great. It was easy to find all the places we visited from this location. You do hear all of the New York street noise from the loft at all hours of the night which didn’t bother me. For me, this is part of being in the city. It was awesome to me but if you need quiet to be able to sleep, this isn’t your place. I loved looking out and just seeing the lively city all the time....

"Well for starters, the lockbox was attached to a subway sign right where a homeless man was posted up. He was actually vomiting when my husband went to retrieve the key from the lockbox location. "It was not a great way to start our 8 days in New York, the toilet was really dirty, the bed sheets had log hairs in them, the sofabed was very uncomfortable and the floor was sloping. We didn't feel comfortable at all.After finally hearing back from the hoast we agreed to leave after the second night but we only got a refund for 5 out of the 8 days we paid for excluding all the extra fees they slap on....So all in all we lost almost half of what we originally paid plus we had to pay for...

Our stay was amazing!The Vrbo was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed — from plenty of towels to extra pillows and fresh, clean sheets.The location was extremely convenient, with a store, pizza place, and dollar store all within very close proximity. It made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. We would happily stay here again!"

"Fantastic location and great value for relaxation and fun in the NY/NJ area. Hoboken is so nice and pleasant it's almost weird. The flat is located within steps of a great bagel place (O'Bagel, truly excellent and busy), coffee (Jefferson's and Hidden Grounds), and restaurants (the ramen and poke places at 6th and Washington are both great for a quick meal, and Mario's around the corner should be enshrined as a national treasure.Flat has lots of room but it isn't fancy. Has everything you need though, plenty of fans and a working AC. Kitchen is fine but I don't think we even turned on the stove. Big fridge. Very safe-feeling neighborhood. If you walk fast it's 10 minutes to the train station, and if you're visiting please understand that PATH is super easy and you're in Manhattan in no time, either the WTC or the Village and up to midtown almost. And at night it's quiet, very much unlike Manhattan."
