「The owners communicated promptly. The instructioms for entering was easily umderstood. The unit is much larger than expected and was clean..We felt safe (all womens trip) and there were restaurants literally less than a block that we enjoyed. Will stay again if ever in NYC!」

「While the apartment was perfect for my daughters we had major issues with communications with the host when they were trying to locate the apartment. The confirmation email we received had the address as 621 Hudson street and pick up of the key on Jane street. Then we received a comm with a different apartment address which was on Jane street. 「The apartment was beautiful and comfortably slept 6 of us plus our 18 month old. It was clean and there were fresh towels and snacks and waters waiting for us on our beds. The neighborhood felt very safe and the host kept in good communication with us the entire time. The only issue we had was parking.
