「We had the most incredible stay at this NYC apartment! The location truly doesn’t get better — right in the heart of Manhattan and close to everything. The apartment is in a high-rise with jaw-dropping, almost 360-degree views from the living room alone. 「Really big and nice apartment. Easy check in and out. Small things that did not work (broken bed) was fixed immediately. Could be better, like the windows really dirty, toilet now working 100% and some more exclusive things, like curtains would make this apartment nicer (daylight disturbances if you want to sleep in the morning). Perfect location, easy walking distances to Macy’s, Times Square, Madison Square etc. 」

「Communication was a HUGE issue from the start. No info email, so I messaged the host in the app and even contact VRBO directly. Then they ask to call 30 min before check‑in to plan a meet up. Odd, I asked for concrete details to avoid waiting in the cold, zero response. We're traveling and uncertain so booked a hotel the 1st night.
