"The staff was really friendly and always helpful, simple breakfast but has everything you need including vegetarian options. Staff was accommodating for extra food or other options. Location is good, is close to the old quarter but not in the middle of the “chaos”. Close to the Ho Chi Min mausoleum and embassy’s so nice walking areas. Staff allowed luggage to stay extra days in the hotel and also allowed to use the shower facilities in the spa at no extra charge for evening departure from hotel. Gym and pool would use some polishing. Overall very sleek boutique hotel - very nice stay in Hanoi. "

"The hotel location was great and everything was within a walking location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and lastly I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff were. They made the stay even more enjoyable. "

"Fantastic staff. Couldn’t do enough to help. Even put credit on my phone from their personal bank account so I could phone the airline in the U.K. to chase a lost bag. What a fantastic example of excellent customer service "
