Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

Adorable boutique hotel, exactly the kind of place we love in a new city. Staff was great, breakfast was generous, and the location was superb - a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore yet still quiet at night for sleeping. Perfecto!

A chest of drawers would be more convenient to store your essentials. And we think the soap and shower gel really dry your skin though it says Argan. The soap in hotel’s lobby toilet is of different brand and had no issue with that. Otherwise location is perfect, just a few streets away from busy centre. Staff very welcoming and helpful. If ever come back to Bologna, will happily choose Touring Hotel again
