"A true 5 star experience! The staff is incredibly welcoming and clearly well trained in hospitality. I had a room with a balcony and an ocean view and I just had the most wonderful stay. Spent the day at the Akra gym, pool, and ‘beach’, I loved it so much I added another night, the breakfast was fantastic as well. Can’t say enough good things and can’t wait to come back!"

"Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel

"The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm."
"This hotel is in an excellent location practically across the road from Hadrians Gate in a vibrant and safe area with plenty of dining and shopping with supermarkets just round the corner from the hotel.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern clean with comfortable beds AC a safe and a smart tv. The showers are hot with good water pressure. There is a expresso coffee machine in the rooms also a fridge with complimentary water provided every day with housekeeping services if required. The hotel offers a continental breakfast (pastry & bread roll) with selection of spreads unlimited teas coffee orange lemon and cherry squash. Although there is no outside space the hotel offers a relaxing terrace area."
"This hotel is nothing short of amazing. The building is beautiful, with great architecture. But the staff make the experience exceptional. Most employees of the hotel will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, accommodated and assist you.
Those who deserve a special highlight are Ozkan (hope I spelt that correctly) the Duty Manager, Ata, Efe, Taha, Canpolit and a gentleman who worked in the mornings and always wore black attire. I didn't catch his name, he made sure my coffee was perfect every morning.
Other details, the beach is 5mins away, the spa facilities are lovely, breakfast and dinner were excellent. I could go on. The malls are a drive away though, if you want to shop properly. But taxis are reasonably priced.
Although there were a few niggly issues that arose here and there, nothing to spoil the overall beauty of the holiday.
Top marks are definitely deserved. Highly recommended. Thank you all again."
"Upgraded to to rotating tower for short money and it was fabulous. Private beach also a treat. Will definitely come back. Several friends swear by this place. The furnishings are a bit out there but the rotating room with sea view is awesome"
