Wonderfully-designed building. The indoor facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The beach is lovely. Great location, easy to get to shops, restaurants and public transport. Felt very safe in the area.

We booked the side sea view room with balcony. Cleaner Fatimah was very nice and gave excellent customer service. Unfortunately we found Staff in Breakfast to be pretty miserable, not even a smile! Room service was very poor as kept having to ring for water etc.

I stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Antalya with my two young daughters. After our first evening at the buffet, my youngest daughter fell ill with food poisoning and was sick for several days. On our last day, we returned to our room after spending time by the pool, only to discover that my new perfume—purchased at the airport—had been unpacked and was missing, along with another perfume I had brought from home. The only people who had access to our room during our stay were the housekeeping staff and the person who restocks the minibar. I reported the issue to the reception, but they seemed indifferent and showed little concern. Unfortunately, it felt like this kind of situation was not unusual at this hotel.

Property is good. Little mould in the bathroom and the top of bed head board is dusty. Other than that, Good reception, helpful staff, fun activities- day and evening, nice indoor and outdoor pool and access to the Sea you can swim in. All inclusive is definitely the best as you get access to everything including unlimited drinks and daily fridge stock up. Close enough to shopping mall with 24/7 taxi just outside the hotel.

I had a great time! The beach and pool were beautiful and picturesque. The variety of food available was one of the highlights of the trip. Our suite was beautiful and the sea views from our bedrooms were a dream! I also loved that the resort was walking distance from the city. One thing to note is that we were not able to make the payment for the all inclusive option ahead of our trip (there is no option given to do so online). At the check in counter, we made the additional payment to make our stay all inclusive. At the time of our stay (August 2024), to make it all inclusive it was €45 per person per day. The restaurant/bar staff is not bilingual so make sure you have a translator app just in case. All in all, I had a great time and would return again.

The hotel lobby was wonderful, as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. When checking in, we had to wait half an hour for our room to be ready. Our room was on the second top floor and had a wonderful view of the sea. However, the equipment and condition of the room did not correspond to what one would expect from a room in a 5-star hotel. The air conditioning worked poorly and many things were broken in the toilet. The beach area was really fantastic and this increases my satisfaction with the hotel. The beach and the view from the room were actually the only really great and 5-star worthy things in this hotel. The breakfast was of a lower standard than the breakfast of our previous accommodation, even though the previous accommodation was twice as cheap. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. I can only recommend this hotel for a few nights if you want to experience a wonderful and unique beach. This experience was more like a 3 star hotel.

We really enjoyed how to work. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the town so you can go and see so many beautiful spots. There are in town. The marina and the old town is so close very easy parking underground and the breakfast was really good. I will recommend it.

The location was good, quiet with an approx. 15 minute walk to the square and restaurants. The hoel does provide an amazing breakfast. The sta at reception were good and prompt on any requests. The work of house keeping is questionable. When we arrived, we found used chewing gum on the bedside cupboard and a cigarette butt on the floor of the balcony which was there for the 4 days that we were there. On another day, when we returned to the room, it as supposed to have been cleaned. We found only the toiletries were replaced and the bed not made. We informed reception and left the room for house keeping to go in. On our return, we found this time the towels were replaced, bed not made and the cigarette butt still on the floor. This tells me that the room and balcony floors have never been mopped. Very disappointing.

Staff were very courteous and helpful, check in and out very easy. We had valet parking which avoided the problems of trying to find street parking. Activities staff were very good and made everyone comfortable in joining the various activities during the days and nights. Turkish night and dancing was a good night involving quite a few guests. The piano man in the lobby was just superb and relaxing. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner were also good with a huge variety of food to select. Overall experience was very good and enjoyable. By the way great pool looking over the cliffs and water.
