"Thank you for a pleasant stay at your hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. "When we got there, besides it was already about 22:00, the staff asked us to wait at the sofa. So the check in was not as expected, once we had the reservation one week earlier.
