「Excellent location and very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment at an incredibly fair price! The location is extremely walkable, parking was not fun, we needed a car to visit a family member 10 minutes away in the hospital but if you are just visiting the city you absolutely don’t need a car and should try to avoid bringing one. Communication was amazing, apartment was well stocked and very clean. Loved the Apple TV! Thank you for a great stay!」

「The apartment in itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment, the decor, and view to the downtown shops. The front and back doors were not locked/did not require the code that was provided. The elevator also did not require a code. This was concerning because there is a good size homeless population in the area and the security measures that were supposed to be in place, weren’t. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors activities… very very clearly. 」

「We absolutely enjoyed staying at Kasa Altmayer!! It was so nice to be able to have a FULL SIZE kitchen, and also have washer and dryer in the room (even though the dryer was little wonky to work with) The room was pretty clean!! Few things I recommend is to have a broom/mop somewhere in the room to help those with a family staying can easily cleaning up messes after kiddos!! And to have a shelf or rack in the shower to make it easier to put toiletries in the shower without having to bend...

「The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament.」

「The rental was nice, comfortable and had all the things that met our needs. Loved the deck with the swing & Lighthouse view. However, although I called Tybee Vacation Rental (TVR) ahead to check to see if there was a Keurig coffee maker and if there was an elevator for access to 6C, I was told there was no Keurig and there was no elevator, that it was on the second floor with two flights of stairs. We found TVR information to be incorrect for the unit. There is a Keurig for those who like...

「The entrance to the building had an entrance door that slammed by its self hard enough to wake the dead. Wouldn’t you know my bedroom was just a few feet away. The tub wouldn’t hold water and no light in the fridge. Location was great. Overall condition of condo was nice. I would stay again in a different unit.」

「Great place, very nice and well equipped unit with comfy interior. Smaller repairs should be done in the unit. One light in the kitchen doesn’t work, the stove doesn’t work properly. Asked for service on day one of our stay. Unfortunately nobody came to fix those minor things during our 8 day stay. Nevertheless a great place, we would book it again :). 」
