"The hotel lobby had complimentary water and juice - tea/coffee which was lovely and we were given drink tickets for the bar and restaurant as an added perk. We even received a free room upgrade that gave us a balcony and the view was wonderful. Suggestions for the hotel - have more water refill stations outside of just the gym. Allow for a self-service parking instead of valet only. And consider limiting late night pool hours- it got loud and, bathroom upgrades - they are a bit dated. "

"I didn’t know I was choosing a room that wouldn’t have any TV. Place was empty but they wouldn’t upgrade me to any other room without charging me 20 more dollars. I was a little disappointed since I’ve stayed there many times. I don’t know if I’ll go there again. My rate was more expensive than what Expedia had it for closer to the date. I booked my room a month in advance, and I don’t think I’ll do that again."

We were on the second floor and although there was no A/C, fans and opening the windows made it light and airy. Quite spacious and nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room. "Lovely spot. Beautiful grounds. Unique Old Hawaiian motif. The owners put their love and pride into their units. I think there are 3 -4 units in the home but all were not occupied, so it was fairly quiet. The frogs block out any noise at night. They were very loud, but we loved their sounds!
