Great Stay in Rehoboth

Great property - great kitchen if you like to cook. Perfect spot for families. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for family get together. Allan is a great host providing lots of helpful information about the area and is readily available For any questions.

Very comfortable house and great location

2 families with kids ranging from 5 to 15yo. Very comfortable accommodations, close walk to be beach and well stock with all necessities. We were able to cook some days, drive and walk to fun activities and even enjoyed staying in when one of the kids got a 24h fever bug. There were puzzles and games to keep us busy and entertainment options for everyone. Highly recommend it

The location is great and it was an easy walk to the town of Dewey and Dewey beach! The house is large and had plenty of space for our family of 6. It was celaan and updated nicely. The back porch was our favorit place! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice home with lots of beds. The screened in back porch is a great feature that we used often. Short walk to beach and everything you need in Dewey beach

Perfect family beach house

The house is perfect for a medium sized family at Dewey beach and the location is close to the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. Allan was a pleasure to work with and check in/out were seamless. Woupd be happy to return anytime and stay again!

Very nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown Dewey.

A wonderful, comfortable property! Spacious bedrooms, appealing bathrooms, a completely stocked kitchen, and a lovely screened back porch. Location perfect for the beach and numerous attractions. A very positive experience with Allen Freedman, the property owner. Looking forward to visiting again!

We were a 3 generation family of 7. The layout of the house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for eating-in. Allan had sent us information about the house and places to eat and visit which was very helpful.

Wonderful week at the beach

Great house for a beach vacation. We had a family of 10 and loved our experience. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and dining room was perfect for hanging out, the den was perfect for downtime and most importantly, the screened in porch was a perfect way to end every night. Easy walk to the beach and Dewey restaurants, easy drive to everywhere else. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
