「If you all are looking to stay in a cozy little home away from the city than this is the place for you. There is pleanty of room for your family to just relax and enjoy nature.」

「It is a nice little "cottage" walking distance to the best of Bandera has to offer. We enjoyed listening to the live music on the front porch every evening. It is less than a block away from the bar, restaurants and shops. 」

「The guest house has been updated and everything is so nice and clean. We sat out in the yard and enjoyed the breezes under the shade tree. The location of the property is the best. We walked to dinner and the 11th street Cowboy bar. Listen to some live music and walked the short walk back to the guest house. 「Only one tiny complaint. The King mattress squeaks and moves a lot getting in and out of bed. We both get up to pee several times a night and we wake up each other each time.」

「I booked this place thinking we could stay the night, but spend our days at Garner State park mostly. We got in at sunset on Friday and instantly fell in love. We were greeted by three sweet horses, and the most beautiful sunset. We decided the next morning not to leave and instead to enjoy all this beautiful ranch had to offer. It was magical! I can’t wait to go back. Oh and on top of the ranch being amazing, the hosts were wonderful and the house was perfectly cozy. We can’t wait to go...

「Suzanne, the property owner was very helpful. Beautiful little house. The back bedroom with the full sized bed was a bit out of date. The 3 of us ladies stayed in the 2 queen sized beds. Using the keys to the front door was a bit tricky. Using the code worked better. We all went horseback riding with Outback. Very relaxing weekend. 」

「The host was great and very responsive to answer any questions beforehand. We used the jacuzzi, pool table, outdoor playground, gas grill and even the Juke box. The house layout was perfect with 3 king beds, attached bathrooms plus extra rooms for the grandkids, giving everyone plenty of space. We had to clean all the dishes before we used them and some of the floors could have been swept better, but overall we enjoyed the place. 」
