"My kids are 2 years old and 4 years old - absolutely loved the cupcake theme. This actual building is about 15 min away from the check-in spot and they give you plenty of reminder e-mails to ensure you know what to expect. Getting to the home was easy, and there were plenty of parking lots ard the corner (1000Yen for the day max, 300Yen max overnight). "Great location for visiting Kyomizu and Gion areas. Spacious apartment with a mixture of traditional and modern Japanese interior. Friendly owner but a bit difficult to communicate with he in English. The check-in and check-out procedures are done online at the front desk and seem unnecessary. The check-in time is too late at 16:00. It should start at 14:00. "
