"We were upgraded to a JR suite which was pleasant and very comfortable. The room had newly been remodeled since the last time I was visiting. The complimentary s’mores was a nice touch. Overall great stay!"
"Fairmont Lake Louise is out of this world. A truly unique location and property. Not to be missed! The ability to experience Lake Lousie without a crowd is a valuable and unique opportunity (and staying at this property is really the only way to do that). My only feedback is that the only (small) pool and hot tub (for general, rather than spa guest) is indoors and does not have any view. It didn't bother us for our summer visit, but this might be a bummer for a winter trip."
"What a wonderful stay, I don't even know where to begin. Fist, check in was simple, very nice people. Once in our suite... wow...the views from the balcony were amazing. Waking up to falling snow in the mountains with snow covered evergreens has been checked off the bucket list. The walk to Lake Louise was simple and only a 15-20 minute hike. We loved all the amenities from the pour over coffee in the room to the ability to cook our own food. We did take out one evening as well, and that was delicious. The suite was spacious for a family of 4 especially being as you're in the mountains, very clean and well kept care of. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Thank you for our wonderful stay! Also... if you're looking to beat the crowds of the day. Hike back over to Lake Louise in the evening for a relaxing, peaceful, and still lake to see all its beauty. Definitely a plus to staying here!"
"We stayed here just one night with our dog. The hotel was clean and very cozy! The only thing I’d say is the room is pretty small for two people and a medium sized dog, and we wished there was a mini fridge in the room to store some things. That said I did love that there was a communal microwave right downstairs and nice big lawns for our dog right outside. And having a bathtub was lovely too! And very close to lake Louise which was amazing. We went in the evening after 7pm which I highly recommend! Free parking and less people"
"Great property! Situated in a quiet area close to the Chateau, the property has great atmosphere complemented by comfortable beds, great amenities, a nice kitchen, and the very nice touch of complimentary granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast.
We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait until we return.
The front desk staff and the property owners went above and beyond when one of our friends had a skiing accident during the stay. Thank you!"
