"We had a sudden change of plans on a ski trip and found this hotel. The price was great, especially for a last minute booking. On first glance, the place looked great! Unfortunately there was a significant amount of black mold growing in the shower. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. The staff was excellent and it had a good continental breakfast. "

The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. What really stands out is the service — every team member goes above and beyond.
We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us.
Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world. Already looking forward to coming back."
