"The staff was super helpful and very welcoming. The room had an amazing view for us, beings it was our first time being in Chicago. It’s was so close to everything we wanted to visit and super convenient. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again for future stays in the city.!! "The room was very dirty. There were different hairs on the bed and near the pillows seemed to have some type of pubic hair. "

"We went to dinner of property and had leftovers and the staff brought a microwave up to our room to reheat our food. They are actual angels. We had such an amazing stay. "

"Check in process was smooth, although our room was ready after the 4pm check in time. I believe we didn’t receive a call to check in until about 5:30. The rooms were small, and okay. They could have been a lot cleaner. We also didn’t have any towels when we checked in so we had to call and ask for towels. "
