"Hotel was lovely, staff at the 10th floor restaurant were so attentive and food was amazing. Manager in the breakfast restaurant however was not helpful. I was looking for staff member to ask question he caught my eye twice and turned away twice very rude."

"There is construction going on here - BEWARE, you cannot rest in your room during the day. The check-in is really impersonal, you self check-in, just like shopping in Tescos! No human contact, which is disappointing for a hotel like this. We only spoke to the staff when we complained about the incessant noise of drilling and banging above our heads. I finally spoke with the Duty Manager & his Deputy, very polite & apologetic, and received a small discount, but it was too little, too late. We weren't after a discount, we were after 'rest'. We were NOT made aware that there was construction going on - if you book via a 3rd party site, beware! Check the Hotel's website too!"

"This is really a hotel for solo travelers. The rooms are so small you have zero room for more than 1 small suitcase that fits in the closet. Our cruise cabin was larger than the hotel room.Restaurant only serves breakfast. No bar etc. Starbucks on premise. Area is good."

"Location was perfect. Hotel was tidy. Very Zen, leave your electronics elsewhere feel (ie. No phone, no tv); which we were expecting. The most minimalistic environment I have ever seen. Room amenities do not exist. No closet, no dresser, no phone, no counter space for toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, etc. There was not even a toilet paper holder. The shower pools to almost the entire bathroom space. No privacy, frosted glass for bathroom. My wife and I are close but we typically don't openly use the facilities together; until here. Unfortunately, there is no front desk or number to call that we could find for assistance. We only saw staff in the lobby. That said when asked for assistance they were accommodating. We were staying for 5 nights and having had no service to our room we asked for new towels on the 4th day and got them. We received new linens and towels on the 5th day. Early check-in and check-out also cost extra. If you are a minimalist and location is key, this will work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
