"Everyone was very nice at this property. It is also attached to a mall, which was convenient. Down side was there was no where for the taxi to drop us off for a handicapped person and the dryers took forever to dry. Please allow yourself extra time when you are doing laundry. Otherwise we loved everything else about this property."

I felt very fish-out-of-water in Japan, but fortunately I have a great home base at The Knot where I was able to relax and feel welcome. Highly recommend! And the food at Smoke Door... FABULOUS!! "

"Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price. "
