"Our door had a large gap at the top, the comforter had cigarette burns in them, and there was a water leak from under the sink. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms and he told us “well, it’s an older hotel, what can you expect?”. Our bathroom door did not actually latch close and with four adults sharing a room we had to go on the honor system."

"This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom"
