"Check in took forever. Came in around 9 and needed to leave at 5 am. Manager checked us in. We booked and prepaid for a double queen. Apparently we were assigned a ADA room. The manager asked if he could move us. I said yes. We then had to wait for housekeeping to prepare a room that was two single beds. After getting to our room, the housekeeping knocked on the door, as soon as we got into bed, to change the soap???? We had a few precious hours to get a little sleep and was hoping for a seatless and quick time. They did have grab and go breakfast since we were leaving before breakfast, but no coffee. They said it was too early for coffee."
