Excellent stay. Very helpful staff on check in and at the bar. The food in the restaurant was very nice (but a bit expensive for what you get). Lovely pool, sauna and steam room. The gym is a great amenity.

I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues

Comfortable stay but was hoping for a bath, as booked executive club double room. Also, the toiletries were not Elemis, as stated. The bar advertised Taittinger champagne but did not have any in stock. Bar food was good and it was pleasant to sit outside and be served. Used the pool and steam room but, being a Saturday, it was busy and limited space to swim.
