Great little hidden gem

Little gem of a hotel located next to pub selling food and drink, quaint well appointed rooms, lots of character. Would defo book over most budget chain hotel options. A few miles outside the city areas but worth the extra miles.

A really great hotel. Very nice and professional staff member checked us in. Room was spotless and nice and big. Great onsite bar and restaurant too. Would definitely recommend.

Exhibiting at Farnborough for 5 days so needed a place to crash. The rooms were comfy and quiet, the staff were lovely and friendly. The pub was very handy to eat although the breakfast times meant we missed it twice as had to leave before it opened due to weekend. The main thing was, it was comfy, quiet and clean and easy and safe to park the van at the end of each day.

Excellent accommodation for overnight stay with pub and restaurant onsite. Would definitely stay again. Only grumble was that the ā€˜Double Bedā€™ was 2 singles pushed together. Other than that no issues.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept reasonably well. Could have done with better sound proofing as we could hear next door snoring all night and talking otherwise no problems

I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast starts at 7am, was from an ale-carte menu, but had a great choice. The pub is in the same premises and serves great food and drinks.

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

Have used this hotel many times before as useful halfway stop when visiting relatives. Had to ask for extra hand towel and a bath mat but both supplied immediately. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Only beef was that there was virtually no food left on the menu in the pub restaurant attached to the hotel at 7pm and we had to drive to Blackwater to get a meal.

Lovely room. Clean. Plenty of options for drinks . Especially liked the teapot . Would just like the room a bit more soundproof between the rooms as you can hear everything. Overall a lovely stay though

Excellent friendly service from as soon as I booked in until I left. The little details that had been addressed was very pleasing. I had a 2 night stay, slept well both nights& enjoyed a filling breakfast on the 2nd morning.

Always a fantastic relaxing and comfortable stay. Lovely staff and fantastic walks for my dog. Extremely good value for money and lovely extra little touches.
