"Bed covers were hard, felt like they need a good fabric softener on them. Shame you have to send your last morning stripping the beds and emptying the bins to take to the bigger bin, you’d think they would be included in the price. Everything else was good."

"Had a wonderful two night stay in this amazing 'home'. Warm, very clean, very comfortable and cannot think of anything I would change ....other than the length of our stay!!We booked for a family gathering for my son's wedding at Elmore Court which worked perfectly ( the groomsmen were able to join us at the house for dressing on the day). All of our needs were covered and communicating with David and Claire ( many congratulations to you both on the new baby girl) was excellent. I enjoyed the compliments from my family on my choice of accommodation. Perfect!! Thanks for all your hospitality ( and for quickly updating us to inform us of something we had left behind - we were able to return to collect)."

"Just DON’T. We were misled by pics and text - paid £102 for a shoebox room with minimal facilities and staff not overly helpful. We chose as it looked like they had a Greek restaurant plus steaks - turned up to be told they only do pizzas! We went somewhere else to eat. No breakfast as we are told the toaster isn’t working! Total joke of a place. Didn’t even give them any trade arms the bar. Never to return. "

"This was our second visit to Hayes Farm but we stayed in the Hay Barn this time which we preferred. The hot tub was a pleasant addition to the property since our booking. The properties are in a very peaceful and private location and you can park right next to them. I'm sure we will return in the future."

"Perfectly located for walking and 10 minute drive to Stroud where there are numerous restaurants and local shops. Farmers market is worth a visit. Accommodation was delightful and well equipped. Very comfortable with excellent WiFi and amenities. Enclosed secure gravel garden for dogs and outdoor seating. Perfect"
