"Staff was courteous. Food and service were good at the restaurant. The room was visibly clean however there was a very deep urine smell. We checked the linen and it was clean so I think it's in one of the mattresses. "

"The location is great, 15 mins to LAX, lots of shops and restaurants close by. There is a small snack shop inside the hotel which was great as I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic who needed extra glucose at midnight and we had already gone through the supplies we had on the way there. Fridge and microwave in the room were a plus and for the price the amenities were great. No elevator was my only small issue. It just made it harder to get to and from the room with a foot injury and luggage "

"We had a great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right next to The Pike stores and close to the port, which made getting around super easy. The on-site café was a nice bonus and a great spot to grab coffee and relax. Check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which always sets the tone for a good stay. The room itself was cozy and felt very homey—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Long Beach."
