Great location! Close to airport & freeways as well as multiple eateries. The only thing the bathroom sink didn't have a lot of counter space and there weren't too many hooks for towels/clothes.

The staff was very polite courteous the food was wonderful in the restaurant inside of the hotel. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is I have a bad fusion in my neck and back, and the pillows were not firm overall I highly recommend this hotel. I like that. It was very clean quiet and very peaceful. I stay there at night before we took an eight day cruise.

Long beach airport next door and shuttle was quick. M club attendees were great. Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom. Didnt appreciate that level of care.
