「My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families.」

「Great location, close to the station. It is next to a cemetery which is totally fine for me but one of the members in my group was feeling a little uneasy about it. House was in perfectly good condition, with lots of space; it was perfect for short to medium stay in a 3-5 people group and longer if necessary. 「We travelled to Tokyo for 13 days over spring break 2025 with two adults and three teens The house is perfect for a family of 5 IMO, the 4th floor served as the primary suite, the 2nd floor beds were perfrect for my two younger teens, and my oldest was comfortable on the 3rd floor bedroom off the kitchen.
