"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. We enjoyed a cozy evening indoors, cooking and shabu shabu
together. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, and all the information provided was clear and helpful. We’re...

Very friendly and helpful staff, better English than I expected. More or less traditional ryokan, with tatami floors. The room is spacious during the day when the futons are rolled up (the staff does that for you), and the futons are very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast included in the price of the room was excellent. Dinner was extra, but not expensive--about $25 for a first-class, elegant Japanese dinner.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items.
The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.

My friends and I spent 6 nights at Avanti Chalet during our stay in Japan. We were amazed at the quality and size of the property, I highly recommend staying here. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
A small update to the property description; there's two bathrooms, not one. This property easily accommodated 4 people with plenty room to spare.

The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo.
Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba.

The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy.

Such a great cottage that had everything we needed. Super clean, warm, walking distance to the ticket booths for Iwatake and Hakuba Brew Pub! So much room and comfort. Bathroom was great, the kitchen super clean and had everything we needed. Next time we'll load up the little fridge and not have to rely on going out for dinner so much. The cabins are so nice inside. All light wood paneled and not your typical Japanese insulation; they stayed warm the whole day and night! We will be coming back...

La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service.
I definitely want to come back.

Our one bedroom unit was clean, had cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, cutting board, knives and hot plate. The fridge and freezer was a good size. The place included a toaster oven and microwave. The host responded quickly to questions. The location was approximately 20 - 25 minute walk to most locations, to include ACoop, a grocery store. I thought my one bedroom included an in unit washer and dryer but it did not. It was okay, since there were 2 machines, just down the...
