"We loved our stay here, the bath on the balcony was so relaxing and peaceful and there are both public and private onsens that can be used when available. My husband and I used the private onsens and enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks also available at all times. The kaiseki breakfast and dinners were a great experience and a good opportunity to try traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff are very kind, welcoming and friendly and it’s about a 10 minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto station."

Valet was very friendly, front desk staff are also friendly with decent English knowledge. The included dinner and breakfast buffet was outstanding. It is absolutely worth coming here for a trip in Hakone, especially if you prefer a private bath."
