Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.

Great location and easy to get to.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They speak English so don't worry. What I found amazing was that in order to operate the elevator you need your room key card. So that shows some added security for their guests. There was a small workout room and a laundry room for you to use which is extremely convenient. They also serve breakfast for a fee. The room was very cozy. It included a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, toaster, water kettle, stove top, mini fridge, plates,...

Very spacious, roomy, comfy, large dining table, washer and dryer, rest rooms, shower, sinks, kitchen area, couch, electric outlets, Wi-Fi, lounges were Fantastic! Close proximity to Train stations, coffe e shops, ramen houses, Highball bars, 7/11 stores, pastries, and etc. This property is a Hidden Gem! What a fantastic stay! Very comfortably fit the four of us- two adults and two kids. The lobby staff were a very international group and so very helpful and warm. The area is perfect- a very short walk to the subway where you can get to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc with ease (there’s a loft for strollers around the corner too!). 7-11 across the street was perfect for breakfast every day- smoothies, coffees, pastries and more. Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door.
