"The staff are the stars of this resort! They are always so friendly and welcoming. When we left, we felt like we were leaving behind friends.
Our room, (actually a small bungalow on high stilts), was always spotless, with fresh fruit, coffee, and bottled water replenished daily. "

"The employees at this hotel promised me that early check-out would be possible at a specific time that we agreed upon. However, when I came to the reception early morning it was still closed, so that I had to leave without my deposit and almost lost my ferry departure. I have now attempted to reach the hotel by email, but they do not answer after multiple requests. Would not recommend staying here. "
